Line Ads(property finder) at P2.00 per day, minimum of 1 month handling period.>view sample Special Features(inclusive of line ads and 1 webpage) at P35.00 per day, minimum of 1 month handling period, plus P300.00 page design fee. >view sample Pick of the Week frontpage Ads(inclusive of 1 webpage) at P60.00 per day, minimum of 1 week handling period, plus P300.00 page design fee. |
When will my Ads appear
in philpropertiesplus? |
Phil properties plus is refreshed every week. Weekly cut-off is 8:00pm(Manila Time), Wednesday. |
Payments |
We require 20% downpayment, balance upon uploading of ads. Pay only if and only if your Ads were published. We don't accept pre-payments. The First 3 days of your Ads is considered PAYING PERIOD and is free of any charge or obligation. |
How do I know my Ads were
published? |
Log on to www.phipropertiesplus.com. Search for you ads on the SEARCH TAB and/or One of our agents will call you once your Ads is uploaded and published. |
